This website is owned and operated by NSN PRACTICE CENTER. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors scheduled sessions for Nurses and other Healthcare professional to practice skills used in the healthcare setting. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. When buying an item, you agree that: (1) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (2) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill
your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the

your web browser, or looking for & "HTTPS" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

information offline. Only employees may have access to sensitive information to perform a specific job functions (for example,
billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The
computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure
environment. None of which will be used outside of your acknowledgement and agreement.

Cancellation and refund policy
If your cancellation is 48 hours in advance of the class, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation
is less than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a gift certificate to attend a future class. We will do our
best to accommodate your needs.

Important Disclaimer: enrollment in a practice session does not guarantee that the enrolled licensed healthcare professional is competent to perform a procedure and the participant will hold NSN Practice Center and affiliated entities, together with their respective shareholders, members, directors, managers, officers, employees, agents and affiliates (collectively, “indemnities”) harmless from any losses, liabilities, negative results or outcomes whatsoever that a patient may suffer from an attendee’s action or procedure. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional to understand and adhere to all the laws and guidelines of the state, the educational institution in which they were licensed, and their professional place of employment in which they practice nursing or otherwise perform healthcare services. Indemnitees may not in any way be blamed or held liable for violations committed by an attendee. Attendees must also understand the scope of what their professional license allows or disallows in regards to the practiced procedure. This disclaimer includes all attendees of practice sessions. No exceptions.
